General
- Performance optimizations for shadows and game quality.
- Reduced the volume of quest notifies.
- Fix to water volumes.
- Fix to journals that resulted in extra buttons.
- Highlight radius modified/extended for interactable pickups.
- Added a new audio cue for when dusk is beginning.
- Animal eyes now glow red at night.
- The intent here is to heighten the risk and danger of night.
- Night darkness should no longer be as oppressive as it once was.
- The border that is added when a player is freezing has been adjusted.
- Added a SFX to indicate that a player is freezing.
- The border that is added when a player is overheated has been adjusted (SFX added as well).
- Bow & Arrows:
- Bow & Arrow Damage reduced by 50%.
- Removed Stone as a requirement to Craft Arrows.
- Crafting Arrows now crafts 10.
UI
- Shifted a number of UI elements from the top right and integrated them around the mini-map.
- Picked up items will no longer spam the log if the number of pickups in a single action is more than 1, you will see the quantity gained and one single notification.
- Added an “Active Quest” UI element below the mini-map.
- Shifted UI “Tips” down to accomodate the Active Quest space.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue that would result in a ‘ghost’ inventory slot when crafting in certain instances.
- Fixed an issue where Rope (and probably other items) would clip through the ground when dropped.
- Fixed some animal sounds at night triggering.
- Fixed some Save File names.
- Fixed Interaction Raycasts for certain harvestables.
- Fixed an issue where Hunger would go negative and the Hunger bar would go invisible.
- Fixed an issue that would result in certain items no longer being obtainable with a fully inventory (despite there being eligible slots that can take more stacks of an item).
- Fixed an issue where Campfires were not illuminating the space around them.
